Ingredients
  

Green Beans
  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 cup gluten-free cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk or dairy-free alternative
  • 1 cup gluten-free crispy fried onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce or tamari (gluten-free)
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Blanch green beans for 5 minutes, drain.
  2. Mix mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Combine green beans with the soup mixture in a casserole dish. Top with half of the fried onions.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, then add remaining fried onions and Parmesan cheese. Bake for another 10-15 minutes.
  5. Let cool briefly before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of gluten-free soy sauce or tamari.
