Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blanch green beans for 5 minutes, drain.
- Mix soup, milk, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper. Add green beans and combine.
- Transfer to a greased dish, top with half of fried onions, then add remaining onions and cheese if using.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, then serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of thyme or paprika before baking.
