Ingredients
  

Green Beans
  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup gluten-free cream of mushroom soup
Milk
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
Fried Onions
  • 1 cup gluten-free fried onions
Spices and Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
Cheese (Optional)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blanch green beans for 5 minutes, drain.
  3. Mix soup, milk, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper. Add green beans and combine.
  4. Transfer to a greased dish, top with half of fried onions, then add remaining onions and cheese if using.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, then serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of thyme or paprika before baking.
