Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add almond flour, oats, honey, baking soda, vanilla, and salt; mix well.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet, bake 12-15 mins until golden.
- Cool muffins before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg.
