Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Cream butter and sugar, then add molasses, egg, vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry, chill dough 30 mins. Form into balls, coat with powdered sugar.
- Place on baking sheet, bake 10-12 mins. Cool before serving.
Notes
Chilling the dough makes it easier to handle and shapes better.
