Method
- Melt 3 tbsp butter and stir in sugars and cinnamon until smooth. Set aside.
- Whisk eggs and milk in a shallow bowl. Mix cinnamon and sugar for coating.
- Trim crusts, roll bread thin, spread with butter mixture, and roll up. Dip in egg mixture and cook in butter until golden, then coat with cinnamon-sugar.
- Serve immediately with maple syrup.
