  • 1 cup flour low-carb flour alternative
  • 2 tablespoons sugar keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Wet ingredients
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg egg

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
