Bananas
  • 3 pcs ripe bananas (mashed)
Eggs
  • 2 large large eggs
Nut Butter
  • 0.5 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
Sweetener
  • 0.25 cup honey or maple syrup
Flavorings
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Spices
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
Leavening & Salt
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.25 tsp salt
Optional Texture
  • 0.5 cup rolled oats for texture
Optional Add-ins
  • 0.25 cup chopped walnuts or chocolate chips optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
  2. Mix mashed bananas, eggs, almond butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Stir in cinnamon, baking soda, salt, oats, and fold in nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
  4. Pour batter into pan and bake for 40–45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
