  • 1 serving Nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
  • 1 sprigs Rosemary sprigs (for decoration)
  • 1 piece Small star-shaped cookie cutter (optional, for cheese)
  • 1 bowl Small bowl (for dip or nuts)
  • 1 board Wooden charcuterie board (large, tree-shaped or round)

Method
 

  1. Choose a tree-shaped or round charcuterie board.
  2. Place a small bowl at the base for the 'trunk'. Fill with dip, nuts, or olives.
  3. Arrange cheeses in layers, largest at the base, decreasing towards the top. Cut star shapes if desired.
  4. Fill spaces with cured meats, folding or rolling them.
  5. Scatter crackers around the cheeses and meats.
  6. Add fresh fruits like grapes, berries, and apple slices. Use pomegranate seeds.
  7. Place olives strategically.
  8. Garnish with rosemary sprigs to resemble Christmas tree branches.
  9. Fill remaining gaps with nuts.
  10. Serve immediately and enjoy!
