Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas, stir in melted butter, then add baking soda and salt.
- Add sugar and vanilla, mix well, then fold in flour until just combined.
- Pour batter into pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
