Ingredients
  

Bananas
  • 3 pieces ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mash bananas, stir in melted butter, then add baking soda and salt.
  3. Add sugar and vanilla, mix well, then fold in flour until just combined.
  4. Pour batter into pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  5. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
