Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour your loaf pan.
- Mash bananas in a bowl. Add oil, sugar, applesauce, vanilla; stir well.
- Mix flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon in a separate bowl. Combine with wet ingredients.
- Pour batter into pan, smooth top, and bake for 50-60 minutes. Cool before serving.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
