Method
 

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Mix in soy sauce and cooked rice, stir well, and cook for another 2 minutes.

Notes
