Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
Eggs
  • 2 large large eggs
Butter
  • 8 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
Flour
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
Sugar
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
Brown Sugar
  • 0.5 cup packed light brown sugar
Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp baking soda
Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
Salt
  • 0.5 tsp table salt
Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Beat eggs and soften butter. Add pumpkin, eggs, and butter to bread pan.
  2. Mix in flour, sugars, vanilla, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon on top.
  3. Place the pan in the bread machine, select the 'Sweet Quick Bread' or 'Cake' setting, and start baking.
  4. Once done, remove the pan, let it rest for 10 minutes, then remove the bread and cool on a wire rack.
