  • 1/3 cup rolled oats preferably old-fashioned
  • 1/3 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup fruit fresh, dried, or frozen

Method
 

  1. Combine oats, milk, and optional sweetener in a jar. Mix well.
  2. Add fruits on top and seal the jar.
  3. Refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours.
