Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
- Mash bananas until smooth in a large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients, mix well, and fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet, spacing evenly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden. Cool before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of cinnamon or nuts.
