Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mix mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, eggs, honey, and vanilla until combined.
- Whisk together baking soda, baking powder, salt, flour, and cinnamon.
- Combine dry ingredients with wet mixture; fold in nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
- Pour batter into pan, bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a handful of chocolate chips or chopped nuts.
