Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 3x3 inch squares.
- Press each square into a greased mini muffin tin, add Brie and cranberry sauce, then brush edges with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly, garnish with herbs if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
Use a sharp knife to cut the puff pastry evenly for uniform bites.
