Ingredients
  

Diced Chicken
  • 2 cups diced chicken (rotisserie preferred)
Cream Cheese
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
Sour Cream
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
Buffalo Sauce
  • 2/3 cup buffalo sauce
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Green Onions
  • 2 diced green onions
Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix diced chicken with buffalo sauce and set aside.
  3. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic powder until fluffy.
  4. Add chicken, green onions, and half of cheddar to the mixture; stir well.
  5. Spread into a greased 9x9 pan, top with remaining cheeses, and bake for 20 minutes.

Notes

Serve with chips, crackers, or celery. Garnish with extra green onions or parsley if desired.
