Ingredients
  

Bananas
  • 3 pieces ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mash bananas, stir in melted butter, then add baking soda, salt, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
  3. Mix in flour until just combined, then pour into pan.
  4. Bake for 60-65 minutes, cool for 10 minutes before transferring.
