Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 12 cup muffin tin with cupcake liners. Gently spray the cupcake wrappers with cooking spray.
- Whisk together the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add in the wet ingredients one at a time and mix until well combined.
- Divide the batter evenly between the prepared muffin cups. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let muffins cool slightly before enjoying!
Notes
For a richer chocolate flavor, use dark cocoa powder.
