Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients and stir in 3/4 cup chocolate chips.
- Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, yogurt, bananas, and vanilla.
- Add dry ingredients and hot water; mix until just combined. Pour into pan and sprinkle remaining chips.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes, cool before slicing.
