  • 1 pound chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (Frank's RedHot recommended)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2 tablespoons blue cheese dressing or Ranch dressing
  • Fritos scoops, baguette slices, carrot, and celery sticks dippers

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, buffalo sauce, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
  3. Spread in a baking dish, top with remaining cheddar, and bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
  4. Drizzle with blue cheese or Ranch dressing and serve hot with dippers.

Notes

For extra flavor, add chopped green onions or hot sauce.
