Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix dry ingredients; cream butter and sugar. Add egg and extracts, then combine with dry mixture.
- Shape dough into balls, flatten, and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden. Cool completely.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk to make icing, divide and add food coloring. Decorate cooled cookies with icing and sprinkles.

For best results, chill the dough before rolling out.
