Ingredients
  

Bread
  • 6 slices Dave's Killer Bread (thick slices)
Eggs
  • 3 large large eggs
Sweetener
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar (divided)
Liquid
  • 1/3 cup almond milk (add slowly until desired texture is achieved)
Spice
  • cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and coat with coconut oil or butter.
  2. Whisk eggs, half of the sugar, almond milk, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Dip bread slices into the egg mixture, then cook on the skillet for 3-5 minutes per side.
  4. Remove from skillet, serve with toppings.

Notes

Use thick bread slices for best results.
