Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 15x10 inch pan with parchment.
- Mix dry ingredients; beat eggs and sugar, then add pumpkin and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry, pour into pan, and bake 15-20 mins.
- Cool, then unroll cake, spread whipped cream, and re-roll.
- Wrap in plastic, refrigerate 1 hour, then slice and serve.
