Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Combine wet ingredients separately.
- Combine wet and dry, fold in cranberries, then divide batter into muffin cups.
- Prepare streusel by mixing sugar, flour, and butter; sprinkle over batter.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes, then cool before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of orange juice to the batter.
