- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook cranberries, sugar, orange juice, orange zest, and salt until thickened, about 10 minutes.
- Whisk eggs, then slowly add cranberry mixture, stirring constantly.
- Return to heat, cook until thickened, then stir in butter.
- Pour into tart shell, bake 15-20 minutes, then cool and refrigerate before serving.
