Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Wet ingredients
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cranberries
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
Topping
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients and combine.
  3. Gently fold in cranberries, pour batter into pan.
  4. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over batter.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Use fresh cranberries for best flavor, but frozen work well too.
