Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch pan.
- Mix dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients and combine.
- Gently fold in cranberries, pour batter into pan.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over batter.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Use fresh cranberries for best flavor, but frozen work well too.
