Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas; mix melted butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and bananas.
- Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Combine dry and wet ingredients gently.
- Pour batter into pan and bake for 55–65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in pan 10–15 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For added flavor, fold in nuts or chocolate chips before baking.
