Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas, then stir in butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Mix flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Fold into wet ingredients.
- Stir in walnuts or raisins, then pour batter into pan.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes, cool, then slice and serve.

Store at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
