Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix dry ingredients; set aside.
- Cream butter and sugar; add egg, vanilla, almond extract, and salt.
- Gradually blend in dry ingredients, add green food coloring.
- Roll dough, cut into tree shapes, place on baking sheets.
- Bake 8-10 minutes; cool, then decorate with royal icing and sprinkles.
