Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Cream butter, sugars, and vanilla until fluffy. Mix dry ingredients separately, then combine.
- Form dough into balls, place on sheet, and make an indentation in each.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, then cool slightly.
- Fill indentations with ganache or chips and cool completely before serving.
Notes
Ensure not to overbake for a soft center.
