Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Mix in dry ingredients until just combined. Drop dough onto sheet.
- Make an indentation in each cookie. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool cookies, then fill with chocolate ganache.
