Method
- Mix yogurt, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and protein powder. Fold in diced strawberries and raspberries.
- Scoop 10 yogurt clusters onto parchment paper. Freeze for 1 hour.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave. Stir until melted, adding more coconut oil to thin if needed. Cool slightly.
- Dip yogurt clusters in chocolate and place on parchment. Freeze for 10-20 minutes.
- Enjoy immediately or store in the freezer. Let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before eating.
Notes
For a thicker chocolate coating, use less coconut oil. You can also add a sprinkle of sea salt on top of the chocolate before freezing for an extra burst of flavor.
