Ingredients
  

Bananas
  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs beaten eggs
  • 120 grams plain Greek yogurt 5% fat
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 150 grams Gluten-free almond flour
  • 80 grams vegan vanilla flavored protein powder
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 340°F (170°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
  2. Mash bananas and mix with yogurt, honey, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Combine dry ingredients and fold into wet mixture; stir in chocolate chips if desired.
  4. Pour batter into pan and bake for 25-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Cool for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a handful of nuts or a sprinkle of cinnamon on top before baking.
