Ingredients
  

Bananas
  • 3 pieces ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix mashed bananas and melted coconut oil.
  3. Add brown sugar and vanilla, stir well.
  4. Mix in baking soda, salt, then fold in flour and chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  6. Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to wire rack.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
