Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-inch loaf pan with parchment or grease it.
- Mash bananas until smooth. Mix in eggs and nut butter until combined.
- Add sweetener, vanilla, and salt; whisk until smooth. Stir in flour, protein powder, cocoa, and baking powder.
- Fold in chocolate chips. Pour batter into pan and sprinkle remaining chips on top.
- Bake for 30–40 minutes. Cool in pan 15 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
