  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
Sauces & Marinades
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
Vegetables
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Cooked rice

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken with honey, garlic, and soy sauce for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Steam or sauté broccoli until tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Divide cooked rice into meal prep containers, top with chicken and broccoli.
  5. Store in the refrigerator and reheat before serving.

Notes

Use leftover cooked rice for quicker meal prep.
