Ingredients
  

Broth
  • 3 cups Beef Broth
Herbs and spices
  • 1 tsp Thyme, fresh
  • 3 tsp Garlic, minced
Vegetables
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 2 small Yellow Onions, diced
  • 1 head Cabbage, medium, chopped
  • 1 cup Tomatoes, diced
  • 3 stalks celery, sliced

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.
  2. Sauté diced onions, bell peppers, and garlic until softened.
  3. Add chopped cabbage, tomatoes, celery, and tomato paste; cook for a few minutes.
  4. Pour in beef broth, season with thyme, salt, and pepper; bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
