  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, and dressing until smooth.
  3. Stir in half of the cheeses.
  4. Transfer to a baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake 20–25 minutes.
  5. Serve warm with chips, crackers, or celery.

Notes

For extra flavor, add chopped green onions or a dash of hot sauce on top before serving.
