Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mix mashed bananas, oil, vanilla, and sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Stir in baking soda, salt, then fold in flour.
- Pour batter into pan and bake for 60-65 minutes.
- Cool in pan 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
