Ingredients
  

Bananas
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash bananas until smooth, then mix in melted butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; fold into wet mixture.
  4. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan; add nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
