Ingredients
Method
- Prepare all ingredients by slicing the beef, mincing garlic, grating ginger, and cutting vegetables into desired sizes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and honey for the marinade. Pour over the beef slices and let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the bell pepper, broccoli, carrot, and snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the skillet, pour in any remaining marinade, and stir everything together for 1-2 minutes. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of rice vinegar or chili flakes during the stir-frying process. Customize with your favorite vegetables!
