Ingredients
  

Bananas
  • 2 pieces ripe bananas
Almond Flour
  • 1 cup almond flour
Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Chocolate Chips (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. Mash bananas in a large bowl, then mix in almond flour, oats, honey, baking soda, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  4. Scoop dough onto baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden. Cool before serving.

Notes

Using ripe bananas enhances sweetness naturally.
