Method
- Preheat oven to 360°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Whisk butter and sugar until fluffy. Add mashed bananas, egg, vanilla, and mix.
- Stir in flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves until combined. Fold in pecans.
- Drop batter onto sheet with 2-inch spacing. Shape into rounds if desired.
- Bake for 12-13 minutes until golden. Cool on wire rack. Enjoy!
Notes
For round cookies, gently shape batter with palms before baking.
