Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mash bananas. Mix in applesauce, oil, eggs, sugar, and vanilla.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients; do not overmix. Pour into pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes. Cool before slicing.
