Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease two loaf pans and set aside.
- Mix oil, butter, and sugar until combined. Add eggs, vanilla, and bananas; mix until smooth.
- Stir in dry ingredients and sour cream until batter forms. Pour into pans.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
