Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs, bananas, sour cream, and vanilla.
- Mix in dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into mini loaf pans and bake for 30–35 minutes.
- Cool before removing from pans and serving.
