  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs eggs
  • 3 ripe bananas ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs, bananas, sour cream, and vanilla.
  3. Mix in dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Pour batter into mini loaf pans and bake for 30–35 minutes.
  5. Cool before removing from pans and serving.
