Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Mix in bananas, egg, and vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients and gradually mix into wet. Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Drop dough onto baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool cookies on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
For softer cookies, slightly underbake and let sit for a few minutes.
