  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup pickled jalapeños diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, jalapeños, green onions, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spread the mixture into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving with Ritz crackers.

Notes

For a spicier dip, add more jalapeños or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
