Ingredients
  

Crackers
  • 40 pieces Central Market Sea Salt Pita Crackers 112 grams
Smoked Salmon
  • 5.3 oz H‑E‑B Select Ingredients Atlantic Wild Smoked Salmon 150 grams
Vegetables
  • 2 cups sliced cucumber 200 grams
  • 4 pieces hard boiled eggs sliced in half
Seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp Trader Joe's Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
Cream Cheese
  • 3 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese room temperature
Dairy
  • 2 tbsp plain, non-fat Greek yogurt 1 oz
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice 0.5 oz
  • 0.5 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Mix cream cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill, and garlic powder. Divide into 4 small containers and add to one compartment.
  2. Add smoked salmon to the same container.
  3. Place cucumbers and halved eggs in a larger compartment. Season with Everything But the Bagel seasoning.
  4. Add pita crackers to the remaining small compartment.

Prepare the cream cheese mixture ahead for easier assembly.
